My parents have been eating a vegan diet for awhile now. Whenever I go to their house for dinner I eat vegan as well. I haven’t made the switch myself yet. Partly because I have Celiac Disease and have to eat gluten-free and I’m afraid there wouldn’t be enough variety for me. I have been trying to lose a little extra weight and this weight loss system looks like a great way for me to not only lose some weight, but maybe be able to make the switch to vegan lifestyle as well.

Hiya, this seems really interesting! It´s good encouragement for me to make the change from vegetarian to vegan. I also need to lose some weight too. I do love cheese though and other dairy stuff. Are there alternatives for dairy within this program? Also, I didn´t realise how many celebrities are now vegan too. Many people presume if a diet contains no meat then it is bland, but I strongly disagree. I think poor diet makes us think that salty and fatty foods taste best. When you eat vegan or vegetarian, the food is full of flavor. Thank you for sharing. I might give this a try.

As someone who wants to veer away from meat and adopt a vegan lifestyle (I’m not there yet, but I’m taking incremental baby steps in that direction.
