The One Month Vegan Challenge Review

Scientific research proves that a plant-based diet is excellent for your health and can even reverse some diseases. With a plethora of new vegan diets available online, it is sometimes hard to choose one that fits for you. In my previous article about the best vegan meal plans, I shared three effective vegan diet bundles that were each different and unique and so could be easily adapted to our individual lifestyles. The One-Month Vegan Challenge also offers a great package with recipes, tips, and guidance.

In this review I will go over the benefits and contents of this package, its pros and cons, price, and refund policy. So, let’s dive into it and see what the One-Month Vegan Challenge is all about.

One Month Vegan Challenge

This program is designed for anyone who wants to start a vegan diet but doesn’t have a clear plan. The bundle includes a 28-day meal plan and bonus e-books. It will eliminate any cravings for meat and it is designed in such a way that at the end of the month you will effortlessly continue to prepare vegan meals. Basically, you will learn how to put together your own recipes without using eggs, dairy, or meat.

The One Month Vegan Challenge Review

Vegan with a Plan

Many people who start a vegan diet or lifestyle go about it with no clear plan and do not always make sure their meals meet all the dietary requirements, which gives rise to those stories of the relative or friend that “went vegan and got sick” or just a failed attempt at a new and healthier diet.

When going about a new project unprepared, it is likely that some give up.

The One-Month Vegan Challenge was created to avoid that and to enable people to start their vegan journey with success without falling of the wagon. All the preparation has been done for you, and all you need to do is follow the instructions 🙂 .

Great Reviews, Happy Customers

Much praise has rained on the One-Month Vegan Challenge. Sales of this program are skyrocketing, and there are many happy customers.

How is it Organized?

The complete program is broken down into five modules.

  3. Vegan Macros: this helps with portion control and is aimed at people who want to track their vegan macros for fitness.
  4. Vegan Supplements. This explains about and recommends nutrient boosters.

  1. Many thanks for this overview of the One Month Vegan Challenge. Normally a pescitarian, I changed to a purely plant based diet to lose the weight I gained during lock down. This challenge would have been great for me as my ideas were limited and now I couldn’t bear to look at a pepper or aubergine!

The main thing I found difficult to give up was cheese. I once said tearfully to someone (an accupuncturist who suggested it might be good to cut it out) ‘cheese is my life’! Note to self, try some vegan cheese! Is it any good?

  2. Hi Christine – Thanks for doing the research and writing this informative article. My wife has been considering various new eating plans. She eats healthily for the most part. She definitely is attracted to easy-to-follow, step-by-step kind of plans. “The One Month Vegan Challenge” might fit the bill. It’s certainly inexpensive and I would think after one month, someone will either love it and want to continue, or, learn it’s not for them.

Thanks again. Keep up the good work on behalf of health conscious readers!

  3. I couldn’t find a better article. This one Month Vegan Challenge seems to be great. I haven’t always be a vegan person. In fact, I used to love and eat meat a lot, but something happened in my life and has completely changed the way I see and perceive things. And as you mentioned in this article, some people want to be vegan, eat vegan, but don’t know how to get started, and I’m one of them. So, I’ll purchase this one month vegan challenge and see how it goes.

  4. Hi,
Some of the most difficult things about stepping over to a plant based diet is maintaining it due to running out of ideas for meals, time it takes to prep meals or replacing the meals you had for plant based alternatives.

These are some of the issues I faced, but to have this program here would be a god send! To have everything planned out and there ready saves time and guides you, so there’s no fear of losing interest.

The other thing I have found is that vegan meals are now just as tasty as meat meals and that’s a big step in the right direction, as up until recently, there was a large divide in quality recipes. Not anymore.

    Great post.

  5. Hey Christine, thank you for sharing this One Month Vegan Challenge and Vegan is something that I have not thought about as I have always been a meat-eater.

However, the last few months my view on meat as part of my diet as somewhat changed.

I will certainly check out this challenge and maybe give it a go but I can’t see it been easy, well not for me anyway.

    Great review, keep it up!

    • Hi Mick,

If it hasn’t been easy, the One Month Vegan Challenge will make it easier for you. This is what I like about them. Everything is simplified and you can enjoy delicious meals.

  6. Thank you for your post. It is a timely article for me. I have limited exercises in the era of covid. My weight is increasing. I want to do something on my weight, but never take time do anything.

Here comes your review on The One Month Vegan Challenge. Vegan will definitely help me reducing my weight. I particularly like your Pros and Cons analyses. I love the natural and healthy program, esp coming with losing weight and gaining energy, which is what I am looking for. I have been eating a lot, but often feel tired.

This is a nice program and I will definitely join it to improve my healthy situation.

  7. I have certainly heard that eating more vegetables and less meat is healthy. And I haven’t been feeling healthy recently. But I believe I’m still on time to change my diet. But I know I need a well-planned vegan diet to make sure I don’t miss out on essential nutrients or end up eating only processed vegan foods. And this one month vegan challenge seems a perfect way to get started. Thanks!

  8. Great review Christine,

The social challenges part is what caught my eye, it’s one of the most difficult challenges when we’ve set our minds to do something good for our bodies because going to social events is always very uncertain especially when your friends eat unhealthily and they tease you for it.

I usually try to keep my image by eating before going out so I eat very less so that I don’t offend my friends when they want to offer me some food that is unhealthy. Is that normal?

    • Hi Riaz,

I sometimes do the same when I know that certain events offer no to little vegan food. I just eat in advance to avoid being hungry 😉 It’s a good strategy, perfectly normal.

  9. We use vegan sausages on several different occasions. When we have our extended family over we make pizza with vegan sausage for them.  I often make kabobs with chunks of vegan sausage.  I don’t particularly like it as a replacement for a brat on a bun, but as part of a whole dish, its pretty good.  I think your article about vegan sausages has highlighted this.  I hope lots of people try it.

As for the One Month Vegan Challenge Review, I have not tried it, but it looks like a great product.

  10. Hi Christine, coincidentally I have this program! I love it. As you know I am not completely vegan, but for about 90-95%. When I quit on dairy a couple of years ago I had the hardest time finding recipes to my liking. Or products to go with it, because I didn’t know my way around in Spain back then.

I am so glad a vegan lifestyle is becoming more and more common. People don’t look at me akward anymore when I mention the things I don’t want to eat. Phew.

Like you I couldn’t find any cons about this program. The owner is nice as well. I consider that always a big plus. A company has to be sympathetic as well, don’t you think?

    • Hi Hannie,

I agree, a company has to be sympathetic. With a caring and nice owner, people will be much happier to use his products and have more trust. I am so glad that you are using the One Month Vegan Challenge and that it is working out for you so well!
Thank you for your comment and the additional info about this company 🙂
